Once you submit the contact form or the on-boarding request form our third-party data processor, G Suite, processes your personal information for the purposes you choose to agree to on the respective form. G Suite securely stores and encrypts your information when at rest or transmitted over the internet and is only accessible by smptedcp.com and EDCF administrators whose user accounts operate with two-factor authentication. G Suite processes your personal information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and Terms

What happens if you do not provide the personal information we request

If you do not provide some or all of the information requested we may not be able to reply to your query or fulfill your on-boarding request.

Website visitors

When you visit this website Google Analytics will provide usage information automatically and Google Analytics anonymises all traffic data so personal information is not recorded. You can prevent Google Analytics from recording any data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
